A blog is a blog, right?
Why so suddenly, you ask!?
Well, there’s a long story behind it.
On the old Twitter, now X, while there is a broad reach, all kinds of unnecessary information catch your eye, making it hard to convey what you really want to say.
With Threads, it’s mostly about driving people to Instagram, leading to misunderstandings about how things are viewed or shown.
There’s also the idea that social media is a world of illusion, so it’s best not to take it too seriously.
And as for TikTok, which is trending among younger generations, I’m not sure about all the short video stuff.
Well, the developers are probably around my age anyway.
To sum it up, I’m trying to do something incredibly difficult—navigating through this information society without seeing anything unnecessary.
I don’t watch TV either.
I can’t create if I don’t do that.
But when I do that, I end up living an unartistic life, feeling isolated.
I only check the news, weather, and local information that I need.
For everything else, I’ve figured out a way to focus solely on output.
Though, to be honest, I don’t really need to output anything.
What’s the point of sending something out into a world where probably no one is watching?
So, yeah, I’m not reading anyone else’s posts on this Hatena Blog either—sorry.
Well, I guess I’ll just enjoy the solitude.
