Sorry for the sudden change of topic.
I was thinking about labor standards for a moment…
Working over 80 hours of overtime a month is a violation of the Labor Standards Act.
When we talk about overtime, there are various types. Coming in early to work outside of regular hours also counts as overtime, right?
Since the character for “overtime” includes the idea of “remaining,” it’s easy to think that it only means staying late to work. But working early in the morning counts as overtime too.
It seems that working over 80 hours can lead to karoshi (death from overwork).
If you’re in such a place, you should quit and do something else.
Life is long. You only live once.
You have to live!
That said, being an artist means working 24 hours a day. Even when you sleep, it’s work.
After all, creativity grows while you’re sleeping.
Sleep is also part of the job!!
What kind of standard is that…
By the way, for some reason, it seems like there are people reading this blog…
Thank you!
