個人情報 personal information

The definition of personal information refers to information about an individual that can identify them, such as their name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address. This includes information that may not identify an individual on its own but can do so when matched with other information.

In Japan, the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” defines personal information as “information concerning a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, or other descriptions.” This also includes information regarding the physical, mental, or economic status of a specific individual.

It’s surprising to think that there are companies and people who derive enjoyment from leaking personal information.

What would they do if they were sued for violating the Labor Standards Act? Is it really worth it for them to make money that way? They should get caught by the police.

Everything would come crashing down for them, along with their family. What about the children?

First and foremost, protecting oneself is a basic requirement. However, on top of that, people should understand that it is truly merciless to deceive, exploit, shock, control, belittle, or deny the efforts of others.

Well, such things won’t last forever.

In reality, even if personal information is leaked, the daily nuisance of spam calls feels like an incessant siren. But if you block notifications, it becomes negligible. ^ - ^

It doesn’t disrupt my daily life at all.

Calls are meaningless.

I pray for everyone’s happiness. That’s all I truly wish for.

Still Life “Family”

The mat and the floral scarf I received at the farewell party of my first company.

Three art books borrowed from my master (about Van Gogh, Leonardo da Vinci, and Gauguin, along with a striped piece of fabric).

A wooden elephant souvenir from Indonesia, brought back by my paternal grandmother.

A blue bottle souvenir from a family trip (Parque España).

A giraffe souvenir from a family trip (zoo).

An owl souvenir from a family trip (Shigaraki pottery).

A handmade floral hat from my mother.

A memorial item for the family from our new house celebration (from a home improvement store).

A toy car for my brother’s birthday from relatives.

A South African plant, Sansevieria.

お笑いについて About comedy

I think the culture of comedy varies from country to country. In Japan, people tend to leave everything to the professionals in comedy, relying on them to entertain. It’s characteristic that they draw inspiration from these comedians and imitate their acts.

I believe the primary source of information is television, but since I don’t watch TV, I’m not really sure anymore.

It seems that non-Japanese people prefer “wordplay,” while in Japan, the main form of humor often involves satirical commentary. I think many people may not have been aware of this, and I’m not certain if I’m correct.

When it comes to social satire, it has historically appeared in traditional monologues. Japan has its share of this too. People who have a fixed concept often find monologues more amusing.

By the way, what is this fixed concept? Is it religion? Buddhism? Or is it non-religious? Since I’ve been drawing for so long, I guess I have my own “religion” in that sense.

What is that even? Am I assuming the role of a guru? I don’t really want to be a painter, after all. Who am I, really? ^ - ^

Here’s a picture, and while it might seem amusing, I put a lot of dedication into each stroke! I think many people might imagine that I paint with such intensity, but in reality, I’m often in a very light-hearted mood while painting, like “da da da—(´∇`)”.

Oh, that’s in the past tense now. I used to paint like that. I apologize if that’s far from what you imagined. I paint with a smile, and that’s the story.

facebook更新 Facebook Update

I didn’t really have much recognition of Facebook, but I only had six connections—my family (relatives), close friends, and people I worked with at the hair salon.

However, it seems that Facebook is considered the most trustworthy platform.

Here’s how I perceive things:

Instagram is for photos.

Blogs are blogs.

Twitter (X), TikTok, and Threads? I’m not quite sure anymore.

Facebook is for real names.

This expression of “the thing” is a useful way to describe it.

Oh, I see—it’s because it uses real names that it can be trusted.

I understand now!! ^ - ^

I’m pasting the link here:

Anyway, honestly, nobody really looks at this blog^ - ^

Not to brag, but something good happened recently in the family, but I’ll keep the details private.

You’ll know if you see it.

Thank you!♪
