短編小説の続編 Sequel to short story

I ended up writing a sequel to my short story ^-^

But if I post it here again, the PDF will only be viewable for a limited time, and if I just post the materials, the text will be too long, so I’ll refrain from doing so.

I wonder why that is (・・?)

If I pursue it too much, it’ll get overwhelming, so I’ll leave it be.

When did I even become a novelist?

When people are pushed to their limits, they start writing stories. That’s how it is ^-^

Recently, people have been asking me to paint, which is, of course, a form of art, but I’ve come to realize that I’m not an entertainer. I think this realization comes from the influence of TV.

People in Japan seem to become interested in art from watching entertainers on TV engage in artistic activities. After seeing that, they approach people who paint, summing up their thoughts and finally say, “Could you paint something?”

That just means there’s still more to learn.

Since I don’t watch TV, it’s funny how people keep coming to me with TV-related stories. I guess it’s the opposite for those who watch TV all the time—they probably don’t get many TV-related stories coming their way.

I’m just an ordinary person, so I have to live a normal life. I’d be thrilled if I could continue painting within that.

In fact, writing and painting are actually quite similar.

That’s all I wanted to say.

Alright, time to write the next part ⭐︎

Evaluate unique ,complex artwork

Direct translation evaluates unique and complex artworks.

Hmm.

Isn’t art unique and complex for everyone?

No matter who created it, it is still a work.

Children and toddlers also create works.

Technical aspects and visual impact vary from person to person, so only when someone appreciates it can interpretations arise, evoking emotions and leading to each individual’s different understanding based on their thoughts.

It took me many years to realize this.

Anyway, now I say it’s enough just to have people look at my paintings, but I’ve been scolded for that.

Artists probably become so accustomed to being scolded that they lose sight of what’s normal.

Is it just me?…

Sometimes, it’s unclear whether time exists or not.

The flow of time is different for everyone.

Don’t tell anyone that their time is fast or slow; just cherish your own evaluation of time.

That’s the theme of this painting.

Currently on display at my solo exhibition!!!

京都から From Kyoto

Here’s the English translation of your text:

This is Kyoto Prefecture.

I introduced this abruptly, but this place is really located in the southern part of Kyoto, quite close to Osaka and Nara. It’s a place with very little connection to Kyoto. Just barely, you could say it’s Kyoto.

There aren’t many shrines or temples here; there’s one, though. Ikkyu-ji. It’s said that Zen Master Ikkyu spent his later years there.

In the summer, this area has recorded some of the highest temperatures in the country, ranking second several times. It’s surprising, isn’t it?

Yes, the reason is probably that it’s a considerable basin, so I’d like to leave it at that. If I researched more, it would only make it seem hotter.

Maybe that’s why the people living here are very cheerful, even during the humid rainy season.

There’s a certain character or personality to the land.

This is just my personal feeling, but I really like the refreshing atmosphere of Kyotanabe City. Recently, new residential areas have been increasing, so I expect the city to become even more vibrant.

Please come and visit once!

By the way, no one actually says “oideyasu” (a traditional welcoming phrase in Kyoto) here.

The photo is from the edge of Lake Biwa.

It might be nice to paint pictures like Monet. I was just discussing this with my cousin the other day.

I think about what people feel when they paint water scenes. Civilization developed near water, and people and water are inseparable.

I love the scenery of the lake and often go to Lake Biwa, so I’ll paint another picture of it.

A painting that looks like something out of science fiction.

An elephant, a person, and a boy.

Thank you for watching over me with this painting ^ - ^⭐︎
