インスタグラム Instagram

After a long time, I made a post on Instagram, and my heart was racing (O_O)

… Why, though? Well, there are many reasons.

I guess I’ve been painting relentlessly without fully understanding artistic sensibilities, and I kept posting even unfinished works. This resulted in a surprising number of posts, and while archiving and re-archiving them, things became a mess… sweats

It took me over a year to sort things out, and in the process, I thought, “How am I supposed to gain followers and grow with this?!” But then I realized, I’m not trying to increase my followers in the first place!!

(Recently, my vocabulary seems to be declining…)

Well, let’s take it slow ^_^

Thanks to the generosity of Community Bank Kyoshin, I will be opening a pop-up shop. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude again. I’ve also revamped my Instagram a little, adding a splash of color here and there.

I’m trying to create a space that people can feel comfortable viewing.

September 9th (Monday)

“Q Market”

Question Building

1F Challenge Space

12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

I will be there all day.

I must say, I’m pretty proud of this advertisement I made! ^_^

It looks a bit like a MUJI knockoff, though… ^_^

I guess that’s not good!!

(I didn’t copy it, I swear!)

I also made this one, but it seems it got rejected ^_^

The concrete gives off a cold vibe, so I think it didn’t match the concept ^_^

Well, how will this nerve-wracking market event turn out?

Stay tuned!!

Buddha's words③

Igniting Anger

View photos on "Hatena Blog"

“They spoke ill of me.”

“They hurt my feelings.”

“They went behind my back.”

“They took away my benefits.”

If you ignite your anger with thoughts like these and keep replaying them in your mind, the resentment will never settle, and every time you recall it, it will flare up again, leaving you without peace.

Escaping the Cycle of Anger

“They criticized me.”

“They crushed my feelings.”

“They defeated me.”

“They stole my idea.”

If you stop igniting your anger with such thoughts and break free from the repetition of emotions, the resentment will quietly subside, and your heart will finally find peace.

Isn’t there a time when your ears just remember things on their own?

Even if you’ve let go of something emotionally, sometimes your ears still hold on, and suddenly, there’s a grand speech echoing inside your head, with your ears at the center. It’s often the case that, while your eyes, nose, and skin are just observing quietly from the audience, the ears take center stage. The others—eyes, nose, and skin—are wondering why the ears are so prominent. The ears seem to want to be heard since they’re always so busy listening, but the other senses are also working, and there’s this atmosphere where no one feels they can really speak up.

To all the senses: the thing that should protect us is like a thin layer of plastic wrap, a sort of protective film over us.

Thinking of such surreal ideas brings inspiration for a new piece of art.

When thoughts like these pop into your head, if you look back at what you were doing at that time, you’ll probably realize that it wasn’t anything particularly significant.

But even if it’s not significant, if it’s important to you, then it’s worth cherishing. :)

ブログで稼げるのかについて Can you make money from blogging?

So far, I haven’t earned anything.

Quick response, right?

However, this is also a legitimate form of media. Someone has taken notice of what I’ve written, allowing my thoughts, situations, and various information to be caught and released, leading to where I am now.

As for who I am targeting with this blog, well, I still have a long way to go to discuss that as a proper business matter. So the answer is that I am not really targeting anyone. Yet, I somehow feel truly grateful for those who are viewing my content.

I realize that I will have to narrow down what I want to aim for and communicate, but since this is an opportunity for people to get to know me, I want to talk about various things during this time.

Thanks to all of you, I’m still alive. ^ - ^

If there are any tweaks you’d like to make or additional thoughts to include, let me know!

Buddha’s Words

The Reason Why Speaking Ill is Wrong

People are born with a sharp axe in their mouths, intending to hurt others, but in doing so, they unknowingly wound their own hearts. Every time you swing that axe of slander at someone else, your heart tightens first, creating unpleasant neural stimuli in your brain, producing toxins in your organs, and mixing poisonous gases into your breath.

If Someone Speaks Ill of You

If you feel hurt by someone’s slander, remember this: such slander is not a recent phenomenon; it has been happening since ancient times. Quiet individuals are labeled as “sulky,” while those who talk a lot are criticized as “gossipy.” Even those who speak with courtesy are suspected of having ulterior motives.

I’ve shared two points here…

I’ve heard impressions that workplaces with many women can be quite strict and have a lot of cliques, which sounds intimidating. However, the reality is completely different; everyone was lively, engaging in enjoyable and positive conversations.

Since I’ve been mostly working alone, I haven’t been much affected by gossip. I might hear a bit of complaining from friends, but I have a high ability to deflect negativity, so it doesn’t really reach me.

But perhaps for those who worry about being spoken ill of, these words from Buddha might be helpful.

Let’s wrap it up with a simple thought:

“How unfortunate for that person.”

Buddha's words①

I think I’ll start doing this from today.

This book saved me during a tough time when I was working as a company employee.

For those who don’t understand the meaning of simply picking a passage from this book to share:

Well, I just really like it! (´∇`)ノ

[f:id:yu-_chang:20240821002055j:plain]

Although the photo is also a bit shabby, I thought no one would be reading this blog, but it seems like some people are checking it out. Thank you! ^ - ^

I’m sorry for not reading anyone else’s blogs.

It’s not that I’m uninterested in others; my theme is how to live in this information society. ^ - ^

Now, Buddha was indeed a real person.

His clear and dry way of thinking and values help me in many situations.

When I felt like my heart was breaking or when I was in pain, I remember desperately reading and chanting from this book.

This book presents concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, making it very readable, and I still cherish it as one of my favorites.

ʕ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔʕ•̫͡•ʔ

“When a fool accomplishes something…”

When a fool accomplishes something, they immediately say, “Hey, look what I did!” and show their desire for respect, wanting to make others bow to them or to be pampered.

They expose their superficiality and greed, wanting everyone to recognize what they’ve done and to follow their lead.

Caught in this childish yearning, a fool’s desires and arrogance grow plump and inflated.

•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔʕ•̫͡•ʔ

True.

But you know, there are times when you really want to be praised. When you’re struggling and need recognition, or when things aren’t going well, and you finally achieve something, even if you’re alone, you want to grab someone and ask them why you were able to do it.

But wouldn’t it be nice to say that it’s all thanks to everyone else?

We’re not living alone, after all.

Even if we’re fools sometimes, it might be good to look around and see what’s there.

Wipe the table!

Okay, it’s done! Σ( ̄。 ̄ノ)ノ Heh-heh

…Oh, that example isn’t a big achievement, so maybe it’s not appropriate. I apologize for that!

Thanks to everyone! ^ - ^

Using positive words clears the mind, doesn’t it?
