This is a story from when I recently went to borrow some frames from my mentor’s classroom after a long time.
But first, I can’t afford to buy frames~
The larger sizes are way too expensive… sweat
After some light chatting and catching up, my mentor asked me to create the title and list for their art association’s exhibition.
I eagerly accepted, but then thought about it on the way home.
The titles of my artworks are so abbreviated ( ̄∇ ̄)
They don’t have that thought-provoking quality I want.
I can’t come up with anything poetic like “Play of XX” or “Back in the Dusk of Those Days,” or something like that?!
I realized that my mind works in very abbreviated ways.
I felt a bit shaky about this.
Should I change them now!?
I’d probably get asked, “What’s up?” so I’ll hold off on that🫸
My artworks are all different, so when I list them, they seem all over the place.
The only commonality is that all the subjects are pure.
I’ve rediscovered that I’m a natural person.
For me, it’s all about deciding while moving or thinking while acting… sweat
A naturally hard worker, I guess^ - ^
Feeling a bit shaky about it!
Let me know if this captures what you wanted!
