共同や協働について About collaboration and cooperation

The differences between values and common sense are also crucial elements, aren’t they? When dealing with a gathering of people from different positions, it may be best to abandon the expectation that everyone will understand each other. What does it mean to accept differing values?

It’s necessary to consider where we can establish a shared foundation. This leads us to the question of what our common axis is. When differing opinions arise, that axis can be quite useful. While friction may occur, listening to others and exploring their thought processes behind their views can deepen collaboration.

Of course, having the minimum communication skills is a prerequisite. Failing to listen can lead to friction, just as not considering the other person’s perspective would.

Additionally, common sense changes over time and across contexts, so being flexible can benefit both ourselves and others. Clinging to fixed notions of what is “common” can hinder progress. Regularly updating our understanding based on necessity is a key point.

When practical application feels lacking, we should reflect on how to facilitate mutual understanding of the differences between values and common sense. Utilizing the shared axis that we’ve established as a team is essential.

Ultimately, while I may assert my perspective, I must also recognize that I do not work alone; I appreciate and consider those around me.

共同や協働② About collaboration and cooperation

If we were to add something to the previous blog content, I believe that respecting one another is also a significant point. When dealing with someone who holds a different opinion, what can emerge from approaching them with compassion? This is precisely what collaborative work is all about.

View photos on "Hatena Blog"

Without starting from that point, nothing can be created. From there, we engage in collaboration, but within a group of people who have different backgrounds and paths, we must cultivate small acts of gratitude and thoughtfulness. Without these, conflicts are more likely to arise.

It’s uncertain whether we can convey everything in words, but it’s best to communicate as much as possible. While unexpected troubles may occur, having someone who can address these issues is essential. Each of these experiences can boost morale and forge stronger bonds.

Additionally, I believe that sharing updates on results when we achieve success is also crucial.

What I am reminded of is the importance of living our daily lives with care. This could be a rule that the entire team must recognize, as it brings positive impacts to both ourselves and those around us. High-energy teamwork can create far-reaching positive effects.

At the same time, we should strive to understand where our focus lies and develop the ability to foresee what we must continue to carry forward. It’s essential to grasp the importance of cooperating with one another.

The first thing I want to mention is that there are many keys to successfully achieving collaboration. I believe that setting common goals is crucial.

In my case, it’s all about “the customer.” It’s important for us to figure out how we can work together for our customers. I believe that nothing will come to fruition unless we focus on the consumers.

Deciding where to set the team is also an important factor. If the criteria for determining whether “you and I are a team” or “you and I are not a team” are based on low standards or irrelevant matters, then success is unlikely.

In a world where communication is essential, it’s important to consider whether we can truly share and understand everything. There’s also such a thing as communication without words.

It’s vital to understand each member’s strengths, which means we need individuals who can actively seek out the good in others. Otherwise, collaboration will be difficult.

While there may be many failures, the attitude of learning from these failures is crucial. The motivation with which individuals approach their daily challenges can also significantly affect the trust we build with one another.

I think that starting by meeting many people and listening to a variety of opinions will be a key factor for further success in all areas.

Given the recent shift away from the era of mutual understanding and camaraderie, I believe we are at a point where a reevaluation and reflection are necessary.

Sometimes I can be very serious. ^ - ^

You might think I’m always lighthearted, but I am indeed trying various approaches.

看護婦、医師⁉︎ Nurses, doctors?!

View photos on "Hatena Blog"

Artists, including those who paint, often work as nurses or even doctors, right? ^ - ^

…

Just kidding! ^ - ^

That would be silly. If that were the case, they might as well just do those jobs instead of painting. However, by facing their inner selves and expressing the emotions of others, they can offer mental solace and insights through their art. In a way, they can be seen as heart healers or doctors of the soul.

This applies not only to artists who express themselves through painting but to all artists who convey their feelings through various mediums. They engage in a form of self-healing and therapy.

Unfortunately, even as they navigate their emotional journeys, they may face numerous challenges. If they can stand firm and stay true to themselves without succumbing to these pressures, it’s worth doing so.

We must navigate many experiences and frictions while coexisting in society, and it’s essential to protect our hearts as we live.

I feel really, really good today.

I had the chance to chat with the president of the shop and the staff who were also running stalls. I even sold some postcards, so thank you very much! ^ - ^

I had many passersby and people with business in the building stop to take a look, and I’m really glad that they did! ^ - ^

I’ve come to love this building, which has the concept of bringing people together to enjoy themselves and have fun.

Since I usually work in solitude, just being here was a lot of fun! I’m grateful to have been part of this event.

I would love to participate again! Thank you! 😊

マルシェって🎵 Marché

I have been to markets before and seen them, but I had never set up my own stall. It was my first time, and I was feeling quite nervous! ^ - ^

As you can see, I managed to create an atmosphere that felt like I was selling my artwork at a foreign street market, which surprised me! ^ - ^

It looks so cute! The shop is just adorable!

Since I decided to display my paintings without frames this time, the setup was quite easy.

If I had been running the stall alone…

The person who came to visit was the representative from the bank where I had my oil painting exhibition. They said, “I thought you might be feeling lonely, so I came to see you! ^ - ^”

What a warm and homely shop this is! I’m filled with tears of gratitude!

Here’s a commemorative photo!

It turned out to be a lovely picture! ^ - ^

It gave me a lot of encouragement! ✨

I visited Q’s Market! At the Question Building.

I had my artwork displayed in the most visible spot of the challenge space! ^ - ^

The building is incredibly stylish! 🎵

The facilities are well-equipped, providing a place where people of all ages can gather easily. ^ - ^

It’s a great spot for students to meet up, study, or play games, and there are also cooking classes for women and seminar spaces.

The entire 7th floor is stylish! 😎

There’s a café on the first floor, and today my paintings were showcased around it. ^ - ^ 🎵

I had so much fun!

I posted on Instagram, “Leo will appear without a frame! Stay tuned!”

It seems like Leo is peeking in from behind the glass… a bit scary!

When seen up close, Leo isn’t scary at all, but through the glass, it had a dramatic impact. ^ - ^

The glass of the building was so beautiful that passersby couldn’t see my work very well.

But I actually like this version of Leo. ^ - ^

It blended in nicely! ^ - ^

The slightly stiff expression might be because Leo was in a different place today and felt nervous.

I’m glad everyone got to see it!

Some people were amazed, while others took their time to appreciate it.

It was so much fun! ^ - ^
