Anyone would prefer simple and straightforward things because they feel clearer and easier, right?
We want to have more fun, and we want to be freed from pain as quickly as possible.
But you know, things don’t always go that smoothly.
That’s why we struggle, we suffer, and sometimes we feel like crying.
But I have my art.
I’m so glad I’ve had this strong ally with me since I was young, and I’m grateful to my parents for that.
When dealing with people who tend to act without overthinking and keep things simple, it’s important to respond to them simply, in a way that matches their personality and thinking patterns.
To prevent causing any trouble, it’s crucial to think about how we can handle situations in advance. For example, setting clear rules and boundaries is key. Telling them that we will take the lead in important decisions can help avoid confusion.
While respecting their strengths, approaching them patiently may help deepen mutual understanding.
A trustworthy leader isn’t someone who always thinks in simple, straightforward terms, but someone who understands different people’s circumstances, actions, and opinions, and responds appropriately.
A true leader naturally wishes for the happiness of everyone around them.
That’s so cool, isn’t it? I want to be someone like that, no matter how old I get.
I may not be a leader in any sense, but I’ve learned that design is all about thoughtfulness, as I’ve written in my previous blog. The design of the concept message under the ‘Clear’ logo on my homepage, the design optimized for mobile viewing, and for some reason, most of my Instagram followers are from Brazil, India, and São Paulo. (I wonder why!)
So, I’ve added a quick-click button to easily jump to translation sites.
I’m having a lot of fun creating my homepage.
Thank you so much 😊
